Who can apply
The program serves children through age 18, subject to its applicable household and eligibility rules. HFS’s current overview explains changes to the former Share and Premium levels; use that overview rather than an old premium chart.
What help is available
The changed All Kids Assist coverage includes comprehensive Medicaid benefits. HFS says the affected children have no premiums or co-payments and can qualify with current or recent private insurance, with Medicaid as secondary payer.
