Who can apply

CAPK checks household income, residence and other requirements. Its posted checklist includes adult age, eligible status and utility documentation.

What help is available

Documents to prepare

  • Current household income evidence.
  • Valid identification and requested Social Security documentation.
  • Utility bill covering at least 22 billing days.

How to get started

Choose utility assistance or weatherization at CAPK forms.
