Who can apply
IHCDA uses household-size income limits based on 60% of state median income and reviews the most recent three months of income. Households whose utilities are included in rent may also qualify.
What help is available
EAP provides an annual energy benefit, generally paid to the supplier. It does not cover every energy bill. Explain any disconnection or depleted fuel supply promptly.
