Who can apply
Eligibility considers household size, income, expenses and resources. Having a job, owning a home or living alone does not automatically disqualify you. Housing, utility, medical and child-care deductions may matter. Some adults face work and time-limit rules; ask DHHS to assess an exemption rather than relying on an older age table.
