What help is available

WIC supplies approved foods and nutrition and breastfeeding support.

Documents to prepare

  • Identification for each applicant.
  • Oklahoma address evidence.
  • Household income or qualifying benefit evidence.

How to get started

  1. Submit an enrollment request

Use the request tool linked from the state WIC page and select your clinic.

  2. Upload records if available

The tool allows identification, residence and income evidence to be supplied.

  3. Complete the appointment

Respond when the selected clinic contacts you and follow its appointment instructions.

After applying

Ask the clinic how to use food benefits and keep follow-up appointments. Contact it if your telephone number or household circumstances change.
